Software Developers (Must own MacBook)

What you'll do

Support an AI research project by completing and narrating software builds, debugging, refactoring and code reviews. Explain your decisions as you work so the resulting training data captures real software development workflows and helps benchmark AI models.

What you'll need

• Your own MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or later.
• Hands-on experience with one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, Java, Go)
• Comfortable with everyday developer tools on macOS such as VS Code, Xcode, Terminal, Git, and package managers
• Currently pursuing or recently completed master’s studies, or have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience + a bachelor’s degree from a prestigious institution
• Ability to clearly explain your reasoning while you work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Time and selection process

The part time commitment is approximately 10 to 20 hours per week, with an immediate start preferred. Tasks have clearly defined responsibilities.

Selection includes a resume, a three minute AI interview focused on research and reasoning, and a short paid assessment. Follow-up on application status and next steps is expected within a few days.
