Software Engineer

The Role

Contractor. Remote. We're seeking an expert Full Stack or Backend Software Engineer to the team customer's team and play a vital role in advancing AI agent capabilities. You'll apply your expertise across multiple languages and cloud technologies to build, scale, and optimize AI-driven solutions. Fully remote, working at the front edge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable backend and frontend features in Python, Node.js, React, and GoLang
• Architect, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for high-performance AI agent applications
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ship robust, production-ready software
• Integrate and optimize large language model (LLM) workflows as part of advanced AI agent training
• Run thorough code reviews and mentor teammates toward continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in a distributed environment
• Drive continuous improvement and set engineering best practices for AI systems

What You Need

• Expertise in Python, Node.js, React, GoLang, plus hands-on LLM experience
• Proven track record deploying and managing applications on AWS
• Sharp written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated success shipping scalable, maintainable software on collaborative remote teams
• Solid grasp of software design principles, version control (e.g. Git), and modern development methods
• Self-starter who enjoys solving hard problems across AI and cloud domains
• Quick to pick up new technologies and adapt as project requirements shift

Nice to Have

• Agile environments, DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipeline automation
• Designing and deploying microservices or serverless architectures
• Reinforcement learning, contextual evaluations, or enterprise AI agent deployments
