Description

Manage the expert talent lifecycle

Own sourcing, vetting, testing, onboarding and database management for a global network of linguists and AI data specialists. The role supports multilingual and multimodal AI programs by ensuring that the required language and domain expertise is available for project work.

Report to the Director of Talent & Community and coordinate with Production, Quality and Revenue stakeholders. This is a generalist talent role spanning candidate acquisition, assessment, onboarding and accurate expert records.

Core responsibilities

  • Run internal and external sourcing campaigns across languages and disciplines to maintain a usable pipeline of specialists.
  • Design, administer and score assessments that evaluate candidate quality and suitability before onboarding.
  • Manage the full onboarding process, including materials and procedures that support a clear, professional candidate experience.
  • Keep expert database records current and accurate so assignment decisions can be made quickly and reliably.
  • Coordinate sourcing plans with Production and Revenue teams around account and project requirements.
  • Analyze pipeline and database information to identify gaps across accounts and disciplines, then inform recruitment priorities.
  • Work with colleagues to keep candidates moving through selection and onboarding in a timely way.
  • Improve sourcing, testing and onboarding processes, while providing training and support to junior team members.

Required background

Experience in applied AI or localization vendor management is required. Relevant AI work includes data sourcing, model evaluation and human-in-the-loop programs; relevant localization work includes recruiting, assessing and onboarding linguists or other language professionals.

Candidates need experience running large multilingual projects across text, audio, image and video disciplines. Strong organization, close attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines are important.

A bachelor's degree and professional-level English are required. Additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred experience and work context

Two or more years in recruiting, sourcing, vendor management or talent acquisition is preferred, particularly within localization, language services or AI data.

The role supports programs that combine multimodal AI with specialist human contributions. Work spans translation, model evaluation and human-reviewed AI data for large enterprise clients, with sourcing quality and reliable talent records central to successful delivery.

The expert network covers multiple languages and disciplines, so matching talent to account and project needs is central to the work.
