Day-to-day

• Design, implement, and optimize gameplay systems and features using the Godot Game Engine
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other developers to deliver polished and engaging player experiences
• Architect and maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented codebases
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues throughout the development lifecycle
• Contribute to the evaluation and selection of technical solutions and tools related to the Godot ecosystem
• Mentor and support team members in best practices, Godot workflows, and robust coding standards
• Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, and quality assurance processes

You bring

• Deep expertise with the Godot Game Engine (GDScript, C#, or VisualScript)
• Proven track record of shipping commercial or high-quality independent titles using Godot
• Strong understanding of 2D/3D game development pipelines, asset integration, and performance optimization
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal form
• Experience collaborating in a remote, distributed team environment
• Solid problem-solving abilities and passion for learning new technologies
• Demonstrated ability to produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Bonus

• Experience contributing to open-source Godot projects or plugins
