Enterprise AI relationships

Own strategic relationships with enterprises deploying AI agents and systems into business workflows. This full-time role in San Francisco follows a hybrid arrangement and connects sales, product, deployment, and customer success.

You will work with technically sophisticated customers to translate complex AI use cases into practical engagements and ongoing account growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close customers through targeted outreach, warm introductions, and industry relationships.
• Manage relationships from technical discovery through long-term strategic partnership.
• Lead conversations with engineering, product, data, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop proposals and deal structures suited to complex AI deployments and enterprise needs.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations to align customer requirements with delivery.
• Support successful deployment and expansion of AI systems in customer workflows.
• Maintain clear pipeline information and share product feedback and market insights to inform roadmap decisions.

Background

• Experience owning enterprise relationships in AI, SaaS, or other highly technical settings.
• A record of navigating complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, technical judgment, and ability to work through changing product requirements.
• Ownership of execution and long-term account development.

Useful experience includes human data or enterprise AI teams, enterprise data organizations, AI agent deployment, model evaluation, and systems with human review. Enterprise AI transformation and work in an early-stage or rapidly growing technology business are also helpful.

Compensation and benefits

The national base salary range is $140,000 to $180,000 USD. Employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance bonuses depending on role and applicable policies.
