Senior Claims Investigation and Evidence Review Expert

The work

Assess claims evidence for fraud and staged incidents in an AI training project. Combine forensic or investigative experience with clear explanations of causation and authenticity. Prior AI experience is not required for this global remote contract.

• Review CCTV and dashcam recordings, scene images, statements and engineering analyses for warning signs.
• Reconstruct accidents or losses by integrating visual evidence and written records.
• Produce assessments suitable for SIU investigators or forensic engineers, supporting each determination with explicit reasoning.
• Describe patterns, inconsistencies or anomalies that could indicate staged losses or organized fraud.
• Help ensure the accuracy and reliability of specialist AI datasets through remote collaboration.
• Clarify findings in written reports and spoken discussions, responding to questions and feedback.
• Contribute effective practices from investigations, forensic engineering and insurance fraud analysis.

Preferred experience and skills

• Preferred experience is at least seven years in special investigations, SIU, fraud detection, forensic engineering with PE expertise or fleet safety review.
• A demonstrated ability to establish legitimacy and causation from technical reports and visual evidence.
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to recognize subtle fraud indicators.
• Clear evidence based writing and spoken communication.
• Experience preparing reports or affidavits for legal, forensic or insurance use.
• Detailed familiarity with photographic, video and telematics evidence.
• Previous remote advisory or consulting work is helpful.

Working arrangements

The commitment is approximately 10 hours each week. As a contractor, choose your days and hours, including weekend work if desired.
