Director of Talent Automations

Technical ownership

Build and improve an AI agent for end to end talent operations. This hands-on role combines AI engineering, product judgment and close work with Talent Operations and Operations Engineering.

You will have substantial ownership of product and technical direction, with particular attention to cases where human judgment remains necessary.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect and implement an agent for expert operations using workflow automation and process improvement methods.
• Integrate language models and full stack software to automate core processes with minimal manual intervention.
• Define requirements and map user journeys with operations engineering specialists.
• Evaluate and implement external integrations and APIs that extend automation capabilities.
• Improve systems using feedback, performance data and changing operational needs.
• Document solutions and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Own ongoing delivery and refinement, including exceptions that require human involvement.

Preferred background

Practical workflow automation and process improvement experience is important, especially in talent or other operational functions. A track record in AI engineering or language model applications, full stack development and modern deployment is preferred.

Experience integrating external services and APIs is relevant. Strong writing and presentation skills will help explain technical choices to different audiences.

A background as a product owner, engineering founder or product specialist is particularly valuable. You should be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with other specialists.

Compensation and benefits

This is a full time remote role with a stated national base salary range of $120,000 to $160,000. Employees are eligible for equity; performance bonuses may be available depending on the role and applicable policies.
