Role overview

This full-time remote role focuses on operational excellence across human data, technology, and business process optimization. You’ll manage workflows, improve reporting, and use data to drive practical decisions from day one.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve performance and decision-making.
• Analyze datasets to uncover insights and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally so data strategies align with broader objectives.
• Develop reporting frameworks for key metrics and workflow improvements.
• Refine processes for scalability, data integrity, and quality standards.
• Take ownership of operational challenges and solve them proactively.

Required qualifications

• Technical aptitude with experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with operational processes and interest in efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights clearly and persuasively.
• Strong drive to learn, work hard, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration skills and attention to data quality and validation.

Preferred qualifications

• Engineering or technical background with operational focus or human-data projects.
• Experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or SQL.
• Internship or project-based experience in data management, AI/ML, or process optimization.
