Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.

Required qualifications

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical aptitude with experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with operational processes and interest in improving efficiency.
• Ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong drive to learn, work hard, and perform under pressure.
• Collaboration skills and attention to detail in data quality and validation.

Preferred qualifications

• Engineering or technical background with operational focus or human-data projects.
• Experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or SQL.
• Internship or project experience in data management, AI/ML, or process optimization.
