Helpful background

A portfolio of illustration or concept art is preferred, along with a relevant master's or doctoral degree in fine arts, graphic design, or a related subject. Other advantages include character design, 2D animation, game art, professional illustration or design work, and human data experience in annotation, RLHF, or AI evaluation.
