Improve frontend coding examples

Create, evaluate, and refine UI coding problems and solutions used in AI training. The focus is on clear reasoning and reliable frontend code rather than delivering a conventional product sprint.

• Review AI generated JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and good practice.
• Write frontend solutions to UI and web development challenges at different difficulty levels.
• Explain design choices, code logic, and problem solving approaches clearly.
• Identify edge cases, ambiguous instructions, and mistakes in problem statements or generated responses.
• Help establish consistent standards for high quality frontend solutions.

Required skills

Deep JavaScript knowledge is essential, including asynchronous programming, closures, DOM manipulation, modern syntax, and browser APIs. You should have experience with tools and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.

Fluent English and strong written communication are required. The role also calls for a bachelor's degree, completed or in progress, in computer science or a related subject, along with careful independent work.

At least three years of hands on frontend or web development experience is preferred. A master's degree or doctorate is helpful but not required.

Additional strengths

Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and performance optimization would be useful. Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Pinia, and with data labeling, human feedback for AI, or model training is also relevant.

Working arrangement

This is a flexible remote contract with asynchronous work and clearly defined tasks and outcomes. Strong contributors may take on broader responsibilities and help mentor incoming subject matter experts.
