Help AI research reflect the clinical reasoning used in diagnostic sonography. This hourly contract draws on practical clinical experience to develop demanding tasks and assess the answers produced by AI systems. The work can fit around an existing role through a flexible, part time arrangement.
Tasks and review
- Create challenging exercises based on actual clinical workflows, covering positioning patients, choosing transducers, optimizing images, applying protocols, taking Doppler measurements, recognizing anatomy and disease, and drafting preliminary reports.
- Judge model responses for clinical or technical correctness, patient safety, and consistency with current practice and relevant professional guidance.
- Explain your assessments in organized written feedback that researchers can use to improve model performance.
The assignments call for specialist judgment and clear explanations of complex diagnostic sonography concepts. Careful reading and attention to the details of each response are essential to the review work.

- Abdominal or retroperitoneal examinations and obstetric or gynecologic imaging.

Additional credentials such as RVT, RDCS, or RMSKS are welcome, as is experience spanning ultrasound specialties or clinical settings. Other advantages include work in academic medicine, a hospital imaging department, or an outpatient imaging center; training students or new sonographers; and familiarity with PACS or reporting software.
All contributors need strong written communication, a careful approach to detail, and the ability to complete assignments independently in a remote environment.
Pay and working arrangements
Compensation is hourly and may reach $130 per hour, depending on the project. Work is fully remote and asynchronous, so tasks can be completed at your own pace without a fixed schedule or a minimum number of hours.
