Assess AI through practical sales experience

Contribute to an internal AI training and evaluation project as a remote sales and business development contractor. The work draws on professional judgment from varied sales environments; prior AI experience is unnecessary.

Evaluation responsibilities

• Respond to sales and business development scenarios to test AI interview models.
• Examine generated questions and answers for relevance, accuracy and realism, then explain what needs improvement.
• Recreate authentic commercial conversations across different industries and kinds of deals.
• Record observations about model performance, including strengths and shortcomings.
• Offer guidance on sales practice, handling objections, qualifying leads, managing relationships and closing business.
• Help refine evaluation standards and project guidance from a sales practitioner's perspective.
• Contribute to discussions and exchanges with other domain experts when needed.

Preferred professional background

The preferred profile includes at least three years of direct sales and business development experience across multiple industries or markets. A varied approach to prospecting, developing relationships and executing deals is valuable.

Strong writing and verbal communication, close attention to detail and clear explanations support the review work. Experience analysing interview or assessment methods is a particular advantage, as is comfort giving structured feedback with practical recommendations.

The work also suits people who can learn new tools and processes quickly while working remotely. Critical thinking, problem solving and openness to emerging technology are useful qualities for these assignments.
