Identify finance, accounting and quantitative professionals for paid, part-time remote expert assignments supporting AI data projects. This remote independent contractor role does not require previous AI experience.

• Find CPAs, financial analysts, actuaries, quantitative specialists and risk experts through research and professional networking.
• Conduct advanced Boolean searches and executive sourcing to build a qualified candidate pipeline.
• Verify credentials, assess qualifications and match candidates to the needs of specialist assignments.
• Coordinate candidate communication with the customer team while protecting confidential information.
• Maintain accurate sourcing records and documentation of recruitment activity.
• Share observations about talent availability and market developments to inform recruitment decisions.

Required qualifications

You should have a demonstrated record in finance and accounting recruitment, a detailed understanding of financial services roles and the ability to verify professional qualifications. Executive sourcing, screening, research and networking skills are required.

Strong organization and documentation skills are essential for managing the process accurately. Confidentiality and professional ethics apply throughout candidate engagement.

Preferred background and terms

An established network in areas such as actuarial science, forensic accounting or municipal bond analysis is useful. Previous success finding candidates for scarce or highly specialized finance and accounting roles is also preferred.

The engagement has no fixed working hours or guaranteed volume of assignments. Contractors cover their own business expenses and applicable taxes.
