Content review and curation

Process written publications and audio content using the required operating procedures, checklists and client instructions. Keep assigned work accurate, consistent and moving within the expected turnaround times.

• Check content and metadata for completeness, consistency and basic accuracy, making simple corrections where guidance permits.
• Record defects, content concerns and tool bugs using the prescribed templates and ticket formats.
• Send unclear, significant or out of scope issues to the team lead or subject expert with context and supporting evidence.
• Manage queues to meet throughput and service targets, even when tasks are repetitive or high volume.
• Follow information security, confidentiality and secure workspace requirements.
• Attend meetings, calibration and required training, incorporating feedback into future work.

Assignment details

This French content role is remote within the United States, with Pacific time working hours. The stated term is 12 months and compensation is $23 per hour.
