Data Privacy Analyst

The work

Help protect sensitive information in AI training data. Examine transformed datasets and documents to verify redaction or anonymization, identify privacy gaps and provide clear qualitative feedback.

• Spot check processed datasets to confirm personal information has been properly redacted or anonymized.
• Review documents carefully for consistent privacy protection.
• Identify missed sensitive details or data handled incorrectly and explain needed corrections.
• Record discrepancies and observations using the supplied reporting tools and templates.

Preferred experience and skills

• Preferred experience includes contract review, quality assurance, eDiscovery or compliance.
• Detailed understanding of personally identifiable information and privacy regulations.
• Relevant roles include paralegal, eDiscovery specialist, privacy analyst, information governance specialist, compliance manager or legal document review lead.
• Experience in litigation support, legal document assessment or managed legal services.
• A record of responsibly handling sensitive information in consequential settings.
• Careful analytical judgment and the ability to remain accurate under pressure.

Working arrangements

The role is a remote contractor engagement focused on protecting data through thorough qualitative review.
