Legal recruiting work

Source attorneys, in-house counsel and paralegals for paid, part-time assignments involving AI training and evaluation. This remote engagement draws on legal recruitment knowledge and does not require previous work in AI.

• Develop candidate relationships through your existing legal and professional contacts.
• Check bar credentials, legal practice alignment and suitability for contract assignments.
• Coordinate discussions between candidates and the customer team throughout recruitment.
• Keep complete candidate files and accurate records of sourcing activity.
• Contribute observations about hiring markets and candidate trends to improve sourcing decisions.
• Manage your pipeline independently within the agreed scope and professional standards.

Required background

Experience in legal recruitment, lateral searches or attorney sourcing is required, along with practical ability in Boolean searching, screening and bar checks. You should understand several legal practice areas and have an established professional network.

• Experience with contract staffing and protection of confidential information.
• Strong attention to records and the ability to organize candidate pipelines independently.
• Reliable professional judgment and ethical handling of candidate relationships.

Preferred experience and engagement

Experience finding scarce legal specialists is helpful, including attorneys in energy regulation, patents, immigration and international humanitarian law. The arrangement permits work for other clients without exclusivity.

This is independent contracting with no fixed schedule or guaranteed assignment volume. Business costs and applicable taxes remain the contractor's responsibility.
