Technical recruiting

Find senior software engineers, machine learning engineers, and data scientists for specialized, remote, part time AI expert assignments. The recruiting engagement is a remote independent contract, and previous AI experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates through your professional network and targeted outreach.
• Assess technical depth, technology stack knowledge, and relevant experience against expert AI training needs.
• Combine Boolean searches, freelancer communities, and other sourcing methods to reach scarce technical specialists.
• Coordinate bilingual communication between candidates and project teams, keeping expectations clear throughout recruitment.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity records and pipeline updates while protecting private information.
• Share market observations and feedback to improve search strategies and role briefs.
• Organize sourcing work independently within the agreed contractual processes.

Requirements

You need experience in software engineering or technical recruitment; sourcing senior and specialized engineers is particularly relevant. Strong screening skills should cover technical capability, seniority, and knowledge of the relevant technology stack.

The role requires Boolean search skills and a record of reaching passive candidates and freelancer communities. Bilingual communication, experience with globally distributed remote teams, effective professional networking, and careful handling of confidential candidate data are also required.

Preferred experience

An existing network of senior engineers, ML engineers, or data scientists is an advantage. Experience finding difficult profiles in embedded engineering, systems, or ML infrastructure is preferred, as is the ability to serve multiple clients while keeping their information confidential.

Engagement

The work follows a flexible schedule with no fixed hours or guaranteed assignment volume. As an independent contractor, you cover your own business expenses and applicable taxes.
