Generalist

The work

Contribute broad subject knowledge to the training and evaluation of AI agents. Work with other experts to improve data quality and assess generated responses using strong English communication and adaptable analytical judgment.

• Train and evaluate models across a varied range of tasks using expertise from multiple domains.
• Collaborate with specialists to develop dependable training material and improve AI performance.
• Review generated answers and explain where clarity, accuracy or relevance needs improvement.

Experience and skills

• Native English proficiency and excellent written and spoken communication are required.
• Demonstrated generalist expertise spanning several subject areas.
• Previous experience in model training or data curation settings.
• An English, linguistics or related degree is preferred.
• AI agent project or machine learning workflow experience is helpful.
• A background across different industries or interdisciplinary roles is an advantage.
• Curiosity and adaptability suit the changing work of an AI agent project.
