Evaluate marketing and social media work using the practical judgment behind professional publishing decisions. This fully remote contractor role is available worldwide and pays a rate that needs confirmation.

Creative assessment tasks

• Compare posts, advertisements, videos and campaign concepts for a specific objective and audience.
• Check whether the work follows the brief, brand voice and brand rules.
• Assess suitability for the channel where the content will appear.
• Flag potential issues involving claims, disclosures, rights or publishing policies.
• Give concise written explanations for each assessment so another reviewer can understand the reasoning.

Relevant professional background

Relevant experience includes brand creative work, creative strategy, art direction, copywriting, social content, content leadership and creative production. You should have created or directed work for a business, agency or client and handled campaigns from briefs and approvals through publication and results.

Familiarity with at least two major channels is expected, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or paid social. Clear written English and confidence explaining why one creative piece is more effective than another are important.

Selection process

Submit a resume and a brief profile, then complete a short curation interview about experience with exhibitions, collections and attribution. No preparation, material review or written exercise is needed for that conversation, and completing it moves the application to the next stage.

Your experience is then assessed against project needs. Selected contributors receive guidelines and complete a first task that is reviewed before further work begins.

Rate discrepancy in the posting

The posting body lists $55 to $100 per hour, while its rate header lists $50 to $105 per hour. Confirm the applicable rate with the hiring company before accepting work.
