Description
Coordinate quality work and client reporting
Lead detailed quality analysis, coordinate programs, and improve working processes. You will own reporting for assigned client projects, mentor junior colleagues, and share accountability with project managers.
The scope includes small and medium quality workstreams within established processes. Routine decisions are yours to make independently, while unusual situations require guidance and collaboration with the relevant teams.
Quality tracking and follow through
- Build and update dashboards showing throughput, accuracy, error categories, and trends, and explain the findings in concise summaries.
- Sample work against guidelines, recording each defect's category and severity.
- Track corrective measures through completion, check retest results, and document the outcome.
- Coordinate training and refresher sessions, including attendance and brief knowledge checks.
- Keep guidelines, operating procedures, and rubrics up to date under version control, with clear release notes.
Reporting and coordination
Prepare client facing tables and charts with consistent formatting and footnotes. Work with project managers and operations colleagues to align inputs and timelines for reports and audits.
Manage requests for access to QA systems and folders, and support vendor coordination through checklists, service requirements, and documentation requests. Identify small gaps in the process and propose practical changes such as clearer templates or checklists.
Experience and education
Three to seven years in operations or quality coordination, linguistic quality review, or data analysis is required. A bachelor's degree in linguistics or another language discipline is strongly preferred.
Degrees in quality, operations, business, or data and engineering subjects are also considered, as is equivalent experience. Graduation from a highly regarded university is preferred.
Working style
- Organize several small workstreams while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, vendors, and project managers.
- Work confidently with spreadsheets and task boards; basic business intelligence knowledge is an advantage.
- Apply quality checks and operating procedures consistently and raise risks early.
- Manage everyday work independently in a remote setting, consulting others when decisions fall outside the established process.
