Required background

A JD, active US bar admission and experience managing or participating in pro bono work are required. You should have substantial civil practice knowledge, strong analytical judgment and excellent legal writing.

Helpful experience and terms

Previous service as pro bono counsel or partner, coordination of legal clinics or volunteer lawyers, and knowledge across several civil practice areas are advantageous. Experience with legal technology or AI is also useful.

The work involves collaboration with AI research organizations and offers hourly compensation described as competitive, with no specific rate supplied.
