Quality Coordinator

Coordinate quality work

Lead complex quality analysis, organize program activity and improve processes while sharing responsibility with project managers. You will own reporting for assigned client projects and help develop junior colleagues.

• Maintain dashboards covering throughput, accuracy, error categories and trends, then summarize the findings clearly.
• Sample work, check compliance with guidelines and record defects by type and severity.
• Follow corrective actions through completion, confirm retest results and document what changed.
• Organize training and refresher sessions, track attendance and run brief assessments.
• Maintain current guidelines, procedures and rubrics with version control and release notes.
• Produce consistent tables and charts for clients, including appropriate footnotes.
• Coordinate reporting and audit inputs and deadlines with project managers and operations staff.
• Handle permissions and access requests for quality tools and folders.
• Support vendor checklists, service standards and documentation requests, and propose simple fixes for small process gaps.

Experience and qualifications

Relevant experience should total 3 to 7 years in operations or quality coordination, linguistic quality review, or data analysis. A bachelor's degree in linguistics or another language discipline is strongly preferred; degrees in quality, operations, business, data or engineering, or equivalent experience, are also considered.

Graduates of highly ranked universities are preferred. Strong spreadsheet and task board skills are needed, while basic familiarity with business intelligence tools is helpful.

Daily responsibilities and autonomy

Organize several smaller workstreams, communicate clearly with colleagues and vendors, and apply procedures and quality checks consistently. Careful attention to detail and early escalation of risks are important.

You will run small and medium quality workstreams remotely within defined processes. Make routine decisions independently, consult others on unusual cases and collaborate across functions.
