Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert

The work

Help AI learn practical SaaS sales, revenue and customer success operations. Contribute direct experience configuring CRM systems, maintaining connected tools and resolving workflow problems. No prior AI experience is required.

• Configure and improve Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM systems as sales and customer success requirements evolve.
• Manage connections to quoting, billing, ticketing and project tracking tools.
• Document workflows that adapt to business changes and encourage adoption by sales and customer success users.
• Monitor accuracy across connected systems and resolve data discrepancies.
• Address conflicting policies with judgment that supports sustainable, workable processes.
• Produce understandable documentation and useful reports for varied team members.
• Explain usability and adoption issues to improve operational practices.

Experience and skills

• Preferred experience includes at least four years directly supporting sales, revenue or customer success operations in SaaS.
• Personal responsibility for CRM configuration and maintenance is required; direct system experience matters.
• Familiarity with at least two tools connected to the CRM, such as quoting, billing, support tickets or project tracking.
• Sound judgment in resolving policy conflicts without unnecessary process complexity.
• Clear written and spoken communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
• A record of helping sales and customer success teams adopt new systems or workflows.
• Detailed reporting and maintenance of data integrity across revenue systems are especially valuable.

This is a remote contractor role focused on operational efficiency and reliable revenue data.
