Steps and eligibility

• Create a participant profile, complete a brief eligibility screen, and sign the consent agreement.
• Follow the instructions to securely export Apple Health records and upload them.

You must be at least 18, have an iPhone, and live in an eligible US state. Some states are excluded, and the initial screen confirms your eligibility immediately. Participation also requires your willingness to share records for the research described in the consent.

Privacy and payment

Data is de-identified before it reaches the research client. Information is encrypted, access is restricted to authorized personnel, and use is limited to the purposes set out in the consent agreement.
