Music Production Expert - Hindi

The work

Assess generated music across genres using professional production or audio engineering judgment. Work in Hindi and English to compare songs, label musical characteristics and review lyrics and vocals against reference material.

• Compare generated songs directly for musicality, originality, prompt fidelity, vocal performance and production or mix quality.
• Label genre, song structure, instruments, vocals and other musical features.
• Check generated lyrics and vocals against references for accuracy and quality.

Experience and skills

• Native or near native Hindi and the ability to follow detailed English instructions.
• At least two years in music production, audio engineering or mixing.
• Access to headphones or studio monitoring equipment appropriate for close audio assessment.
• Formal study of performance, theory or composition is preferred.
• Credited or commercially released production, engineering or mixing work is helpful.
• Broad knowledge of contemporary Hindi genres, subgenres and artists is an advantage.

Working arrangements

The project starts immediately and may last up to six months. Hours are flexible, commonly around 20 weekly, with no stated cap.

Payment is currently hourly and may switch to payment by task, with the effective hourly rate maintained. Onboarding includes a resume, application steps and a Hindi bilingual competency interview; further details are expected within a few days.
