• Research job market conditions to guide project choices and resource allocation.
• Engage prospective contributors through clear, consultative communication.
• Refine scopes and candidate profiles with stakeholders as market conditions change.
• Present findings in organized written reports and spoken updates.

Experience and skills

• Preferred experience is at least five years in recruiting, sourcing and candidate assessment.
• Expertise in resume review, interviewing and changing talent markets.
• Precise written and spoken communication with strong attention to detail.
• A consultative, sales oriented approach to professional engagement.
• Experience working independently from home and managing deliverables.
• Adaptability and the ability to provide strategic operational insight.
• Experience in AI projects or data intensive settings is helpful.
