Partner Engagement Specialist (6 months contract)

Supplier quality and delivery

Help measure, monitor and improve supplier performance across an assigned group of languages. The work focuses on timely delivery, meeting client and project requirements, and producing work without defects.

Supplier performance and capacity are closely connected in this role. Program teams communicate customer needs, while talent procurement helps ensure that the required language resources are available.

What you will contribute

• Monitor delivery timeliness and the quality of completed work.
• Check that suppliers meet the requirements set for each client and project.
• Understand customer capacity needs through regular coordination with program teams.
• Work with talent procurement to help meet those needs.
• Track supplier utilization and advise program teams on supplier selection.

The wider localization operation supports enterprises in more than 300 languages. Its work combines human language expertise, AI and automation to coordinate multilingual content throughout its lifecycle.

Your contribution helps connect client expectations with the suppliers and capacity needed to deliver accurate, culturally appropriate content.
