Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS)

The work

Help AI understand complex SaaS operations through practical CRM and revenue systems judgment. Review data integrity, explain operational choices and design workflows that respect compliance constraints. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Assess CRM data structures against changing sales, customer success and revenue operations needs.
• Resolve conflicting operational policies and document the reasoning and tradeoffs involved.
• Design and check revenue workflows constrained by industry regulations.
• Investigate data integrity gaps that affect reporting and useful analytics.
• Describe processes in detail using your own system configuration experience, including key decisions and lessons.
• Contribute written and spoken insights to scenario based operational training.
• Recommend improvements that balance scale, compliance and coordination across teams.

Experience and skills

• Preferred experience includes at least four years of direct SaaS revenue, sales, customer success or implementation operations work, beyond adjacent or management only exposure.
• Actual configuration and ownership of a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot, plus at least two related systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing or project tracking.
• A record of resolving policy conflicts and explaining tradeoffs in complex, compliance intensive settings.
• Fintech, healthtech, insurtech or comparable experience is strongly preferred.
• Sound judgment where regulations, policies and business requirements intersect.
• Clear written and verbal documentation for technical and general stakeholders.
• Process design in regulated sectors or multiproduct SaaS, with attention to compliant workflows and accurate reporting.
• Comfort with uncertainty and the ability to justify both proposed changes and decisions to retain existing processes.

This contractor role is remote and particularly suits professionals with direct responsibility for interconnected SaaS revenue tools.
