Aviation scenario evaluation

Contribute military aviation experience to an AI development project by assessing generated scenarios for accuracy and realism. This remote contract is open worldwide to current or former fighter pilots and Weapons Systems Officers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate scenarios covering fighter aviation, combat operations, and tactical decisions.
• Assess the realism of mission planning and the operational situations described.
• Check responses for sound reasoning and alignment with military procedures and Rules of Engagement.
• Explain inaccuracies through clear written feedback grounded in practical experience.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of military aviation, mission planning, and aircraft systems is expected, alongside experience in operational missions, tactical training, or deployments. Candidates should be able to explain complex military concepts clearly in writing.

Experience with the F-16, F/A-18, F-15, F-35, A-10, or comparable aircraft is preferred. Weapons School graduation, instructor pilot work, or combat mission leadership is a plus.
