Work as the connection between Data Labeling Associates and Team Leads, helping daily production meet the expected quality standards. The Data Quality Analyst role combines output auditing, practical support for execution, and guidance on applying instructions in changing real world situations.

This assignment brings together data quality, a limited amount of project coordination, and direct training. You will work with people as well as AI systems, using critical thinking to support the team's work and the quality of your own contributions.

Your contribution

• Audit completed outputs to assess the quality of the work being produced.
• Support day to day execution alongside labeling associates and team leaders.
• Help colleagues interpret and apply guidelines correctly in the situations they encounter.
• Contribute to the coordination needed to keep execution and quality connected.
• Provide practical training and guidance as part of the team's ongoing work.

The role calls for an experienced professional who notices details and can help others work through them. Being able to guide colleagues and assess a situation critically is as important here as completing your individual work accurately.

Employment and pay

• The stated compensation is $38 per hour.
• This is full time W2 employment with 40 hours scheduled each week.
• All work is performed onsite, with no remote arrangement available.

Work locations

The hiring overview covers the Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and locations that depend on the client. For this opening, applicants must live in or be able to commute to one of these cities: New York City, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Burlingame, Austin, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, Chicago, Boston.

The onsite location requirement is part of the role's regular working arrangement. Your availability needs to support the full weekly schedule at an eligible site while working closely with the associates and leads involved in production.
