Video Production Specialist

Video production for AI training

Contribute practical video expertise to a multimedia project that supports AI training and evaluation. The role combines creative storytelling with technical production judgment and calls for clear written and spoken communication.

The engagement is remote and on a contractor basis. Previous AI experience is not required; your knowledge of video production is the relevant starting point.

Production and review work

• Produce, edit and deliver video that follows the project specifications and creative brief.
• Review footage for the strength of its narrative, visual appeal and technical correctness.
• Give actionable feedback on assets used in AI training and evaluation.
• Document production methods, workflows and good practice in clear written form.
• Collaborate remotely with stakeholders to agree on content goals and creative direction.
• Select or source examples across genres, storytelling styles and production techniques.
• Contribute video expertise to labeling, annotation and improvements to AI systems.

Preferred background

Extensive experience across planning, production and postproduction is preferred. Relevant editing tools include Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve.

A portfolio showing varied video work and strong visual storytelling can demonstrate your experience. Familiarity with video formats, codecs and distribution channels is also useful.

The preferred working style combines precise, concise feedback with attention to detail and active problem solving. Experience collaborating remotely helps when coordinating creative projects in a virtual environment.
