Help strengthen customer service materials by reviewing machine translations against the project’s language and quality guidance. The ongoing assignment suits experienced language professionals.

• Carry out a second review of completed batches to check linguistic accuracy and consistency.
• Check that error severity ratings are calibrated to the required standard.
• Find recurring translation problems, including unsuitable tone and inconsistent terms.
• Summarize quality patterns in written feedback for final reporting and improvements.

Project arrangement

The work is remote from India or Thailand. Expect about 1 to 2 hours each week, paid at $8.50 per hour.
