Identify common technical faults in digital video and audio. Investigate playback or system problems independently, recognize recurring patterns and propose both immediate and longer-term solutions.

Experience and skills

• Bring two to four years of digital video experience.
• Communicate effectively in writing and speech, with native-level English.
• Respond quickly and decisively to problems in a high-volume, changing environment.

Experience with subscription video services and their product offerings is desirable, as are intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills. Additional languages are helpful but not required.
