Portuguese Transcription Expert

The work

Help train AI through precise Portuguese transcription and annotation. Review conversational and formal speech, preserve context and correct inconsistencies before submitting work. Previous AI experience is unnecessary.

• Transcribe and label Portuguese recordings, handling English content when required.
• Capture the wording, context and speaker nuances in varied audio samples.
• Review and edit transcripts for completeness, clarity and compliance with instructions.
• Resolve errors, inconsistencies and uncertain passages.
• Coordinate with project managers and other experts to maintain consistent quality.
• Process and submit assignments using the designated transcription tools.
• Contribute cultural and linguistic insights that improve model interpretation.

Experience and skills

• Preferred candidates have native level Portuguese and strong spoken and written comprehension.
• Professional transcription experience, ideally supported by relevant project examples.
• Knowledge of transcription conventions, annotation software and careful audio capture practices.
• Attention to subtle linguistic and contextual differences.
• Sufficient English to handle occasional recordings and understand project instructions.
• Previous linguistic data or AI training assignments are helpful.
• Strong organization and commitment to accurate, timely delivery.
