Evaluate AI outputs, identify gaps and contribute human judgment to improving how systems behave in real situations. The work combines data quality, model evaluation and careful use of guidelines.

Responsibilities and approach

• Review AI outputs and identify areas where the result or behavior needs improvement.
• Think critically about quality while applying the project guidelines.
• Form clear opinions about what you observe and contribute to discussions with teammates, leads and stakeholders.

Employment details

• Full time W2 employee role, 40 hours per week.
• Pay: $34 per hour.
• Hiring locations: New York City, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, San Francisco, Sunnyvale and Burlingame.
