Senior AI Trainer

The work

Help improve AI accuracy through detailed annotation of robotic arm videos. Identify actions and outcomes, mark exact timing and resolve inconsistencies so labeled data faithfully represents the underlying footage.

• Review robot task recordings and identify important actions and results.
• Apply grading guidance to produce accurate event tags and structured observations.
• Mark action starts, ends, transitions and outcomes with frame level precision.
• Check timestamps against the footage and correct drift or inconsistent event alignment.
• Submit findings and annotated datasets using video labeling tools within project standards and milestones.
• Resolve ambiguous cases with trainers and contributors, helping refine guidance and maintain consistency.
• Incorporate quality review feedback into subsequent annotations.

Experience and skills

• Exceptional visual attention to detail and labeling accuracy are required.
• Strong written and spoken communication, including prompt updates on progress and problems.
• Independent time management and organization in a remote setting.
• Analytical problem solving and initiative with annotation difficulties.
• Previous video labeling or related data annotation experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with timeline interfaces, timestamping and event segmentation tools is helpful.
• Frame level review, timecodes, frame rates and event boundary annotation experience are useful.
• An AI training, ML data preparation or robotics background is strongly preferred.

Working arrangements

This is a remote contractor engagement focused on expert video labeling.
