You'll help AI research reflect the real decisions and workflows involved in warehouse and inventory management. This is a project-based contribution, not a conventional management position, and can run alongside your existing work.

Develop expert training questions and scenarios grounded in actual professional workflows.
Assess AI responses for factual accuracy and relevance to the way the work is performed.
Provide organized written feedback that explains what needs to improve in the model's response.
Complete assignments at your own pace without a fixed schedule or minimum hourly commitment.

Experience and tools

At least five years of professional experience in warehouse and inventory management is required. Relevant backgrounds include Inventory Control Manager, Inventory Control Analyst, Warehouse Operations Manager, WMS Analyst, Distribution Center Supervisor, Materials Management Analyst or Automation Engineer.

Your experience should include these practical workflows: Reconcile inventory, forecast demand and revise forecasts during the season. The work also calls for familiarity with Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Swisslog, HighJump or comparable warehouse and inventory systems.

Clear written communication and careful attention to detail are important because the contribution centers on useful training material and feedback. You should be comfortable handling assignments independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Pay and participation

Project rates may reach $80 per hour. This is ongoing, part-time contract work supporting AI research, rather than a traditional staff role.

The remote format and flexible hours allow you to contribute alongside other work. Your professional judgment will inform questions, scenarios and assessments grounded in actual operations rather than purely theoretical examples.

Participation starts with account registration, identity verification and onboarding to a relevant project before paid work begins.
