The work

The engagement calls for Healthcare Attorneys with BigLaw experience to collaborate on healthcare regulatory and compliance projects for a valued customer. The work contributes professional knowledge and practical examples to AI training. This input supports how models learn, reason, and perform on real-world tasks. Previous AI experience is not required; domain knowledge is the relevant foundation.

What the work involves

• Examine and annotate legal documents related to healthcare regulations, ensuring accuracy and clarity of regulatory concepts.
• Examine complex healthcare policies, statutes, and regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Draft and refine contract language to ensure compliance with U.S. Healthcare legal frameworks.
• Deliver detailed feedback on regulatory compliance issues and identify potential legal risks in provided scenarios.
• Support the development of AI training data by offering expert commentary and nuanced legal interpretations.
• Work alongside project stakeholders to discuss findings and clarify healthcare legal concepts as needed.

Preferred qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in the United States.
• Substantial experience practicing healthcare law at a major U.S. Law firm (BigLaw) or top healthcare-focused firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in U.S. Healthcare regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• An established ability to review, annotate, and draft complex legal documents related to healthcare law and policy.
• Strong communication skills in writing and speech, with attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Experience providing advisory services on healthcare compliance matters.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a remote project-based environment.
