Opportunity

You'll contribute arts and design judgment to AI training and evaluation when a suitable project becomes available. This is a standing pool for creative professionals, not a specific open job. The pool stays open even when there is no matching assignment, because new projects can begin on short notice. Your professional standards help define the criteria used to evaluate AI responses.

Potential assignments

• You might turn a brief you have delivered into an evaluation task, retaining its audience, constraints, required standard, and reference answer.
• You might review generated design, writing, and imagery for hierarchy, deliberate type and color choices, and prose that earns its length.
• You might identify technically competent work that cannot be released because of brand fit, accessibility, licensing, or the limits of the medium. Past projects in this field have posted or paid $60 to $80 an hour. Rates are set separately for each project by scope and depth.

Background

• Professional experience in design, writing, or a creative production discipline.
• You'll need to explain your reasoning clearly in writing, which makes up much of the work.
• You'll need to work through ambiguous tasks and point out instructions that need clarification.

Relevant fields and backgrounds

• Graphic and UX/UI design
• Visual arts, including painting and sculpture
• Performing arts, including music and theatre
• Film and media production; photography
• Fashion and textile design
• Writing and editing A portfolio carries more weight than credentials. You need to explain why a creative choice works, not simply state a preference.

Application and matching

You'll submit your resume, confirm where you work from, and complete a short AI interview; the application and interview take about 20 minutes in total. Your background is then verified before you are added to the relevant pool. When your specialty matches a project, you'll receive an invitation to its separate listing. That listing identifies the rate, hours, and client, and any hiring decision happens there.

What to expect

You won't receive an acceptance or rejection for this standing listing. Depending on available client projects, a matching invitation may arrive within a week or take several months. Completing the domain expert interview and joining each network you qualify for improves your chances of a match. One signup is enough to make you eligible across those networks.
