You'll facilitate supervised recordings for a multilingual conversational AI project. The goal is audio that feels natural and authentic while meeting the project's recording requirements.

The role combines participant coaching, session management and technical quality checks. You will help contributors during the recording itself, dealing with conversational or technical issues as they appear rather than leaving them to create avoidable repeat recordings.

What you'll do

• Lead the session and give participants immediate coaching on natural delivery.
• Watch recording quality throughout, including file format and other specified technical requirements.
• Resolve issues during live recordings to reduce the need for another take.
• After calibration, support recording sessions independently.

Preparation and experience

Native level fluency in Spanish (Peru) is required. You should have experience facilitating voice recordings and coaching contributors toward believable conversational speech.

You also need to be comfortable checking technical requirements while a live session is underway. The position calls for availability to support sessions that last approximately four hours each.

Before production begins, you will complete about eight hours of calibration. This involves observing sessions to understand the facilitation approach, recording goals and workflow expected for the project.

Time and compensation

The listed rate is $55 per hour. The estimated commitment includes the calibration period plus supervision of two recording sessions of about four hours each per participant.

The opportunity is project based, with remote participation and availability based contributions described in the listing. Optional AI and large language model workshops are offered without a coding prerequisite, and a global contributor community provides guidance and support.
