The work

Contribute investment banking judgment to AI training through financial analysis and transaction review. Explain deal concepts, evaluate models and incorporate current industry knowledge. Previous AI experience is unnecessary.

• Provide detailed, accurate analysis of banking concepts, deal structures and market developments.
• Assess financial models, pitch books and valuation reports for relevance and quality.
• Work with trainers to curate and refine specialist datasets.
• Evaluate complex financial scenarios from an investment banking perspective.
• Maintain precise, understandable language in written and spoken work.
• Incorporate significant industry developments into training material.
• Protect confidential information throughout the engagement.

Experience and skills

• Extensive investment banking or related financial services experience is required.
• Strong financial analysis, valuation and deal execution expertise.
• Excellent communication and the ability to explain industry concepts to varied audiences.
• Careful review, accuracy and collaborative problem solving.
• Comfort using digital communication and coordination tools.
• AI or technology training experience is preferred.
• An advanced finance, economics or related degree and familiarity with fintech and banking digitization are useful additions.
