The work

Review AI investment reasoning across portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management. This remote hourly contract offers flexible assignments for professionals with portfolio management, investment research, or wealth management experience.

Responsibilities

• Check portfolio construction and allocation proposals for accuracy and professional credibility.
• Examine risk approaches, diversification methods, and portfolio monitoring procedures.
• Assess whether the reasons given for buying, holding, or selling are clear and complete.
• Identify contradictions, missing analysis, and unsupported claims in investment narratives.
• Record detailed written assessments in the prescribed evaluation format.
• Complete recurring portfolio reviews independently and asynchronously.

Background and skills

You need a professional background in portfolio management, investment research, wealth management, or a related area. Strong working knowledge of asset classes, diversification, and risk measures is required.

You should be comfortable challenging investment reasoning, writing organized feedback, and reviewing complex financial content consistently with close attention to detail.

Additional strengths

Helpful strengths include institutional portfolio frameworks, strategies spanning multiple asset classes, investment research reports, or commentary written for clients. CFA, CAIA, or similar professional qualifications are also welcome.

Working arrangements

This is a remote hourly contract with flexible task based hours. Work is organized around independent assignments and a flexible schedule. The work offers collaboration with research teams and the possibility of future assignments or contract extensions.
