Description
Development trace review
Audit AI assisted software development sessions used to train and evaluate models. Assess complete coding trajectories for correctness, sound workflows and reasoning, then provide precise written feedback against the rubric.
Required skills
- At least 3 years of professional software development.
- Practical experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot or Claude Code and agentic or specification driven workflows.
- Strong code reading and debugging across backend or full stack systems.
- Ability to evaluate multistep coding sessions against correctness and good development practice.
Preferred experience
Kiro or Amazon CodeCatalyst experience is helpful. Previous evaluation of AI generated code and contributions to developer tools are also valued.
