Benchmark AI in Korean retail operations

Develop realistic scenarios for Korean retail and consumer-facing environments. The work spans supermarkets, pharmacies, department stores, luxury retail, shopping malls and businesses operating multiple branches.

Research deliverables

• Create Korean or English scenarios covering store operations, customer escalations, inventory, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision and branch coordination.
• Adjust scoring rubrics for operational problems, customer interactions, retail decisions and compliance tasks.
• Evaluate AI and human responses for factual accuracy, policy compliance, customer service quality and practical realism.
• Help produce reference solutions reflecting sound Korean retail, pharmacy and commercial operations.

Required experience

Native-level Korean and strong professional English are required. Candidates need at least five years in retail, store or pharmacy operations, commercial management, loss prevention or retail investigations.

Relevant roles include retail sales supervision, store or operations management, pharmacist or pharmacy operations work, retail security, loss prevention, fraud investigation, customer experience and multi-branch retail operations.

Strong knowledge of customer service workflows, retail procedures, compliance, inventory management and Korean retail environments is essential. The role draws on practical operational judgment to assess both the content and feasibility of responses.

Availability and contract terms

This is independent 1099 contract work intended to supplement other income, not a full-time job or guaranteed primary income source. Demand changes between projects, so assignments and hours are not guaranteed.

You decide when to work and how much to accept, without fixed schedules or routine check-ins. Once you accept an assignment, reliable availability, quality work and timely delivery are expected; most tasks require at least two hours per day or ten hours per week.

Employee benefits are not included: the arrangement does not provide health insurance, paid time off or retirement contributions. Contractors handle their own taxes, and geographic restrictions may affect participation.
