The work

Contribute your natural Indian English voice to AI speech research through professional studio recordings. Perform realistic conversation with varied tone and pacing. The project does not involve cloning your voice.

• Record conversational Indian English in a professional studio.
• Take part in individual speaker sessions and dialogue with another performer.
• Deliver speech that sounds spontaneous, with natural changes in pace, tone and expression.
• Respond to light creative direction while preserving an authentic conversational performance.
• Contribute your genuine accent to recordings representing diverse human speech.

Experience and skills

• Professional voice acting or voice over experience with practical recording work.
• Native or near native Indian English with an authentic accent.
• Current residence in India.
• Comfort performing natural dialogue beyond scripted reading.
• Reliability, professionalism and responsiveness to studio direction.
• Working English fluency for communication.
• Acting or performance experience is helpful.
• Broadcast, podcast or commercial recording work is useful.
• Comfort with improvised or partly scripted conversations is an advantage.

Working arrangements

The contract involves in person work at a locally assigned professional studio. Plan for two or three sessions lasting four hours each, with coordinated production support and compensation described as competitive. Additional sessions or recording projects may become available as new work starts.
