Requirements

You need strong professional LTspice experience and practical circuit design and simulation skills. Knowledge of SPICE, analog circuits, and power electronics is required, as is experience interpreting results and resolving circuit issues.

You must have access to LTspice, record your screen during tasks, and communicate technical workflows clearly in English at B2 level or above.

Preferred background

A master's or doctoral degree in electrical or electronics engineering is preferred. Other advantages include PCB design, mixed signal circuit or power electronics experience, professional electronics or hardware engineering work, and human data projects such as annotation, RLHF, or AI evaluation.
