Evaluate end-to-end planning

You'll help AI research reflect how retail planning decisions connect pricing, demand forecasts, inventory and supply chain operations. Your professional experience and knowledge of daily tools will support expert training data and evaluations of AI responses.

Create training material grounded in actual planning workflows.
Review AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance to professional practice.
Provide feedback that improves the model's understanding of planning decisions from demand through inventory and pricing.

Experience and workflows

At least five years of professional experience in revenue, demand and supply planning within retail or consumer-facing industries is required. Relevant roles include Demand Planner, Supply Chain Manager, Pricing Analyst and comparable planning or analytical work; equivalent experience spanning demand, inventory and pricing is also suitable.

Hands-on knowledge should cover demand forecasting and seasonal reforecasting, inventory and supply planning, and freight, logistics or cost management such as invoice auditing. Experience with pricing, promotions or margin optimization is preferred.

You should write clearly, check details carefully and work independently with AI researchers on an asynchronous basis. No previous AI project experience is required.

Pay and project model

Compensation may reach $80 per hour, depending on the project. This is ongoing, project-based hourly contract work rather than a traditional job, and can fit alongside research, teaching, postdoctoral work or industry employment.

The work is remote, part time and asynchronous, with flexible scheduling and no minimum hours. Contributors on active projects commonly spend around 5–20 hours per week. Assignments depend on current project needs, with consideration for future projects as suitable work becomes available.

Participation starts with account registration, identity verification and onboarding to a relevant project before paid work begins.
