UI/UX Designers (Must own MacBook)

What you'll do

Support an AI research project by completing and narrating real UI/UX design tasks. Explain your decisions as you work so the resulting training data captures real UI/UX design workflows and helps benchmark AI models.

What you'll need

• Your own MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or later.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, or Adobe XD
• Experience designing web or mobile interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems; familiarity with user research and usability testing is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed master’s studies, or have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience + a bachelor’s degree from a prestigious institution
• Ability to clearly explain your design decisions while you work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Time and selection process

The part time commitment is approximately 10 to 20 hours per week, with an immediate start preferred. Tasks have clearly defined responsibilities.

Selection includes a resume, a three minute AI interview focused on research and reasoning, and a short paid assessment. Follow-up on application status and next steps is expected within a few days.
