You'll help language models improve their creative handling of visual storytelling, brand design and professional communication. The work draws on a strong aesthetic eye and the ability to visualize and explain business concepts more effectively than current AI systems.

Design background

A bachelor's degree and at least two years of design work are required. Candidates must have full-time experience in brand, product, digital or visual design, or as a creative director or art director.

A portfolio is required to demonstrate your work. You should be comfortable contributing independently and asynchronously within a distributed group and with AI research partners.

Pay and projects

Rates can reach $120 per hour, depending on the project. Work is remote, part time and flexibly scheduled, with no minimum hourly commitment.

The fellowship runs throughout the year, with opportunities varying by design specialty. Placement depends on available projects, and the work offers a way to develop skills while contributing to AI research across professional disciplines.
